THE BEGINNING
My name is Glenn Williams. I am a videographer originally from Jersey City, NJ. I've always had a passion for being a creative and editing videos for fun. However, during the pandemic I had plenty of downtime from my 9-5 and saw how lucrative being a "good" creative can actually be. Although I've been editing videos for over a decade for fun, I made my first $ as a creative in June of 2020. I eventually picked up a camera and became obsessed with learning everything about the tech behind it and world class best practices and I fell in love with the journey. Fast forward to today, I plan, shoot and edit all of my videos and provide my clients with a world class experience. I've worked on campaigns, behind the scenes for brands, shoot for celebrities and Instagram influencers. I've done everything from sweet 16's and Bar Mitzvah's to filming businesses and non-profits.
While shooting video, it's only naturally to want to explore the world of photography. I actually made a YouTube video about switching to photography.
Just like everything I put my mind to, once I focus on it, my mindset is to become world class. So I started with shooting friends and family outside and at events and eventually I experimented to studio work. Fast forward to today and I've become a triple threat as a videographer, photographer and creative director.
I have the ability to shoot high end photography in studio and location, shoot video in various styles (from cinematic to short form) and walk a client through the entire process from storyboarding to final execution of deliverables.
THE NOW
Fast forward to today, I've honed in on specific aspects of photography and filmmaking. I specialize in working on campaigns for brands, influencers and businesses. This includes providing creative direction and building assets through video, photo and copy.
I love the creative process. But most importantly, I listen to my clients and I'm not afraid to make a mistake and learn from it. I believe I've gotten as far as I have because I've been able to take the shortcomings as learning experiences.
